Site terms
These terms cover use of the public ClassShift website and interactive product demonstration. Separate written agreements will govern any staffing service, employment, pilot or partnership.
Illustrative product demo
The dashboard, profiles, pay amounts, response times, reliability signals, crew metrics and product states shown in the demo are illustrative. They do not represent real workers, clients, assignments or guaranteed product functionality.
No job or staffing commitment
Joining the student network does not guarantee an interview, assignment, minimum hours or employment. Submitting an employer inquiry does not create a staffing relationship or promise that ClassShift can fill a role. Any engagement requires written terms, lawful work requirements and final confirmation of the employing and contracting entities.
Permitted use
You may use the site to learn about ClassShift and contact us about legitimate pilot, student or partnership interest. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content or misuse the brand, demo or contact channels.
Intellectual property
The ClassShift name, mark, site design, copy and demo concepts are owned by or licensed to the ClassShift project, subject to third-party rights and completion of formal entity and trademark work. No rights are granted beyond ordinary viewing and use of the site.
Disclaimers
The site is provided on an “as available” basis for an early-stage founding pilot. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to the public site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may change the site or these terms as the pilot develops. Questions may be sent to partners@classshift.org.
Employer MSAs, work orders, student employment documents, payroll authorizations, safety terms and data-processing terms must be separately finalized before live operations.
